Pure Goddess Returns & Refund Policy
This Returns & Refund Policy complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and applies to all purchases made through Pure Goddess.
During Sale periods, additional conditions apply. Please read carefully before purchasing.
1. Change of Mind (Non-Sale Purchases)
Please choose carefully before purchasing.
Due to strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or refunds for any opened, used, or unsealed ingestible products, including situations where you decide you do not like the taste, texture, or results.
For non-sale purchases, we can accept change-of-mind returns only when:

The product is unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging

The item is in re-saleable condition

The return is lodged within 30 days of purchase

The customer covers all return postage costs
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 - 30 days.
Please note: Returns cannot be accepted for any product that has been opened, used, or where the seal has been broken.
2. Change of Mind (Sale Purchases)
For all purchases made during Sale periods (including Black Friday / Cyber Monday promotions):
No returns or refunds for change of mind
No exchanges
Sale pricing is final.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@puregoddess.com.au within 14 days of delivery and include:

Photos of the issue
If the product is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Pure Goddess will:

Replace the item at no cost, or

Provide a full refund (including return postage if applicable)
All faulty or damaged items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is finalised.
4. Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads)
Digital products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once delivered. Refunds are not available for:

Incorrect product selection

Accidental purchase of digital instead of paperback
If you experience a technical issue (e.g., broken link), contact hello@puregoddess.com.au and we’ll resend your file promptly.
5. Ingredient Sensitivity or Reactions
All ingredients are clearly listed on our website and packaging.
Please read these carefully before purchasing.
Refunds or returns cannot be offered for:

6. Product Not Right for You
Our products are TGA-listed complementary medicines designed to support women’s health, but individual results can vary depending on lifestyle, diet, and consistency.
Variations in personal results are not considered a fault under Australian Consumer Law.
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if a product does not meet personal expectations.

7. Flavour & Texture Preferences
As natural formulations vary in consistency and personal taste preferences differ, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:

8. Return Instructions (Eligible Returns Only)
If your return meets the conditions above, please:

9. Timeframes

Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.

Eligible refunds are processed within 14–30 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
If a faulty/damaged item is confirmed, Pure Goddess will cover return postage.
