Made me hungry and I had to go to the toilet 3 to 4 times per night. I feel exhausted the following day which is the opposite effect advertised. My urine is dark yellow in colour.

Definitely feel more energetic and lemon and lime a great flavour. Initially having one sachet a day but it gave me an upset stomach so have dropped to half a sachet, which is better.

I have been taking the Menopause Shake for just over 2 weeks & after an initial period of increased gas, my stomach has settled & I have less bloating, definitely fewer cravings & feel fuller for longer. I am only using 1 scoop a day at the moment in a smoothie with oats, Greek yoghurt, milk, water, banana & berries. I would love to increase it to 2 scoops by having a second scoop with water before lunch but due to the cost, I’ll see how I go with one. Looking forward to experiencing more benefits.
So far so good, definitely keeps me feeling fuller for longer,I have also noticed that I am sleeping better, have already ordered my next lot as I do not want to run out of this.

This definitely makes you feel fuller, which is exactly what you expect from this type of fibre so happy in the way it assists in curbing hunger and craving.
Don’t love the taste, there is quite a bitter after taste with the wild berry but it does disappear within a few mins of finishing. Decent product and would buy again
The energy super blend would have to be one of the best products I’ve used. Not only am I 4kg down after 2 months (slow and steady) but I now sleep so much better.
Being part of the “menopause club” I just thought I’d have to live with the symptoms- but no more! Highly recommend
