Shipping Policy

Last order dates for Christmas Delivery:

Australia Standard Post: Thursday 18th December

Australia Express Shipping: 20th December

International Shipping: 15th December

We will continue to ship daily up to the 23rd December but these orders will arrive after Christmas. We will commence shipping of orders after Christmas on the 29th December excluding any public holidays.

Standard Shipping (Non-Sale Periods)

Australia

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150
Standard Shipping : $9.99 (3–14 business days)
Express Shipping: $15.00 (1–5 business days)

New Zealand

Standard: $9.99 (4–14 days)
Express: $20 (3–6 days)

International

Standard: $9.99 (5–21 days)
Express: $20 (3–7 days)

Dispatch Timeframes

Orders dispatched within 1-4 days (Mon–Fri).
Sale periods: 1–7 business days due to high volume.
Pre-orders ship once stock arrives (email updates provided).
Paperback books are printed to order: allow 7–14 days.

No dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

All other international rates remain unchanged.

Tracking & Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email and a second email with tracking once your order is shipped.
Please ensure your email is entered correctly and check your spam folder if you do not receive updates.

Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect address, email hello@puregoddess.com.au immediately.

If the order has not shipped, we can update it.
If it has shipped, we must wait for it to return; resending requires additional postage.

Delays, Loss & Customs

Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery time is outside our control.
Pure Goddess is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by Australia Post, FedEx, or international customs.

Customs fees or delays (outside the US, where duties are included) are the responsibility of the customer.
