General FAQ's
Your order will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of ordering if on a week day or next working day if you order on a weekend or public holiday.
Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email with the Australia Post tracking number. You can click the tracking link directly from your email and it will take you to the Australia Post website to track your order.
If you have not received a despatched order tracking email, please check your email spam folders because sometimes our emails can end up in spam and trash folders. If you still have not received your tracking email please contact us on hello@puregoddess.com.au and we will resend your tracking number to you.
If you subscribe to our email list and join the Goddess family, you will receive 10% off your first order. Please check your spam folders as sometimes the 10% discount welcome email hides in there. If you are still experiencing difficulties and haven’t been sent your welcome email. Please make sure you check the box to confirm you wish to receive our email marketing when signing up to the email list.

Sometimes there may be unavoidable or unforseen postal delays that result in your product not getting to you as quickly as you’d like. Contact us via dm or email with your order number and we will help you track your parcel.

Once logged in, you can navigate to your orders and active subscriptions. You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your Goddess Account Profile. Change of mind
We are sure that you will love your Pure Goddess product, but should you change your mind about your purchase we can only accept returns or exchanges of un-opened and unused products, the seal on the box must not be broken. This is due to the fact that our products are ingestible so we cannot accept the return of any of our products that have been opened and are not sealed. Any returns must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Other Returns
Although the team at Pure Goddess always takes the utmost care when packing and sending your order, occasionally damage may happen in transit with our delivery partner. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please get in touch with us at hello@puregoddess.com.au within 14 days of purchase.

Please send us a DM or email as soon as you can and we will correct your delivery address for you to prevent the order being sent to an incorrect address.
Unfortunately if the order has already been dispatched we will not be held responsible and we are unable to re-issue your order.

Take one (1) sachet with a min 300-600ml mls of water, stir well and drink immediately. For best results take twice per day 30-60 minutes before a meal.
You can take the superblend in cold water, sparkling water, juice, kombucha or a smoothie.
Many of our customers have reported that they often take a sachet as required or once per day and this is fine however, bear in mind that you may find it takes longer to experience maximum benefits if you are not adopting the recommended dosage of two sachets per day.
Our product includes all natural ingredients and should be fine to consume however, we cannot guarantee that our products will not react with medication or other supplements you may be taking.
We recommend that you speak with your own healthcare provider/treating team who are best placed to give advice before starting any new supplements or medication.
No side effects have been reported, only a range of positive benefits.
To note: Very occasionally there can be an initial sensitivity to the additional fibre content in the Superblend resulting in temporary loose motions and/or upset tummy/bloating. This usually resolves within a few days but symptoms can be reduced by starting slowly. start with half a sachet per day increasing every 4-5 days until you reach the recommended 2 sachets per day.
The Superblend contains a high quality soluble plant fiber, increasing fluid intake is a good way to prevent any initial issues with bloating or upset tummy.
Everyone's experience is different when it comes to losing weight with a weight loss supplement for weight loss medication due to differences in gut health, diet, activity level, stress levels, hormone imbalance etc.
