This book is spot on, best advice and tips ever on menopause and what it does to our bodies. I have read many books on this subject and this one is the bomb!!!

I've been taking it for a few months and have lost weight and feel more energetic.

I am enjoying this product first thing in the morning. It curbs the appetite and l have list 2 kg already . For a busy person it goes well in cold water and ice pleasant taste unlike other products l have tried .
