Slow but steady…

Started PG on 28/10, doing one sachet a day and I’m definitely eating less between meals….i’m down 1.6kg in 3 weeks and have had a few events/eaten what I wouldn’t normally in that time….i find it best in approx. 400ml of sparkling water and the after sales service is excellent…would recommend! Thank you 🙏

I am on my second box and am noticing that I have lost some weight. It has been less than 2 months. The sugar cravings have lessened and my food portions have halved. I don't feel hungry and it has really made fasting easy. I am not loosing as much weight as some, I'm going through menopause so loosing the weight is challenging. However some progress is better then none and I'm feeling healthier.

I am going to buy a third box and keep going until I reach my goal weight. The taste is a little sweet but I added a bit of lemon and all is good with the world. I would highly recommend this product.
