A delicious healthy dip to use with your choice of snack that you'll keep making over and over.
This delicious and vibrant dip will leave your tastebuds tingling!
Ingredients
- 1 ripe Avocado
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed Lime Juice (approx 1/2 Lime)
- 1 small Shallot / 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- Tsp sea salt
- Optional : Add finely chopped fresh red chilli to taste

Directions
- Mash avocado in a bowl, add in the lemon juice, onions and chilli.
- Mash all well.
- Sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
