1.5 cups cooked and cooled mashed sweet potato

1/2 cup almond butter

3 eggs - room temperature

¼ cup maple syrup

1/2 tsp vanilla

1.5 cups almond flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 Sachet of Luminance Collagen peptides 10g
Directions
Gently mix together until a smooth consistency is reached then transfer to individual muffin cases, in a muffin tray.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for 16 mins.
- Add more time if needed.
